Seeking to create better living environment in an ever complex urban society, FF Studio believes integrative collaboration makes a step to design in the 21st century. FF Studio endeavors to explore collective design via teaching, writing, contemplative thinking, experimentation, research and having a good discussion over a good cup of tea.
Thus FF Studio of Design Research Thinking (FFDRT).
DESIGN ON THE PULSE
We are continuously inspired by the living environment and strive to mark our ideas anytime and anywhere on the move. Freedom of expression, allowing all ideas to be considered and evaluated.
Through design research and investigation we seek new possibilities in design to create a exceptional living environment, allowing us to design differently every time. Every project is always an opportunity to shine and unique to each client.
We believe good work are done collectively and with different specialties and experiences, we create a bigger whole. All done through workshop, studio environment and even with the client as active participant.
“Always design a thing by considering it in its next larger context—a chair in a room, a room in a house, a house in an environment, an environment in a city plan.”
The most effective, most creative problem solvers engage in a process of metathinking, or “thinking about the thinking”.
